Who We Are
forme was founded from two generations of experience in architecture, united by a shared belief in the power of community. After nearly three decades in the profession, Amy recognized the lasting impact that mentorship, perspective, and meaningful relationships have on a woman's career. Michelle's journey reflected the same truth from a different stage of life, discovering that personal growth and professional confidence flourished when surrounded by women who challenged, inspired, and believed in one another.
Together, we created forme to cultivate that experience for others. More than a network, forme is an intentional community where women in architecture and design build authentic relationships, pursue meaningful growth, and encourage one another to think bigger, lead with confidence, and shape the future of the profession.
